Ok. It's getting better
Today was training day number 3. Still with the same distance and intervals but it seemed a little easier. My Pace tonight was 17.14 before my cool down. I love my cool iPhone app and tonight I found that it maps my route on Google Maps. I wish I could figure out a way to upload here, probably can I just don't know how. My partner in crime Lucy is doing super too. I just keep telling myself I am just running to beat the bus...the big fat Your-too-slow-to-finish-on-time-bus. Lets just say I am motivated by embarrassment!

Girl, I will keep saying this. We got this. My trainer brought up a good point today. She said that right now we should be concerned with getting to the running portion. We can worry about pace a little later down the line.
